At The Mind Spa Membership, I have a beautiful Styling Expert called Alexandra Louise who talks about how when you look good, you feel good and dressing for an empowered mindset. This led me to feel inspired to create this blog post for you today.


So, let’s delve deep into 10 Ways To Feel Good Everyday:

  1. DRESS YOUR BEST- As Alexandra says, when you look good, you feel good. When you make an effort to get dressed, by giving yourself some self-care in this area you can set yourself up for success in your day.

  2. DECLUTTER- Decluttering your mind and space is amazing for your wellbeing. Clutter can cause you to feel anxious and depressed. A tidy house, a tidy mind. A tidy mind and happy mind.

  3. FUTURE PLANNING- Have something to look forward to. Make a plan for something exciting in your life. This will lead you to feeling more motivated and happier as you have a goal in mind.

  4. BE GRATEFUL- There has been a lot of negativity this past year with the Covid 19 Pandemic, however there are daily things that you can be grateful for in your life. The more gratitude you have, the more good things will happen to you.

  5. SKINCARE ROUTINE- Taking care of your skin can make you feel amazing. It is a great form of self-care.

  6. WORKOUT- Finding a workout regime that works for you is so important. Exercise is amazing for boosting your happiness and helping with stress relief as well as it makes you look and feel great.

  7. VITAMIN D - Get out of the house, go for a walk and absorb your much needed Vitamin D. Vitamin D increases Serotonin which enhances your mood and improves your alertness.

  8. DO SOMETHING YOU LOVE- Do something you love everyday. This not only boosts your happiness levels, but it will also bring more balance in your life.

  9. FIND INSPIRATION- Sometimes you can feel really unmotivated. So, at these times look for inspiration that gives you a boost, find a mentor to support you or read some inspirational books to boost your ideas.

  10. EAT WELL- Having a healthy diet is great for your wellbeing and will fill your body with much needed nutrients to keep your body fit and healthy.
